No cancellation, refund or exchange is made for all digital products, software licenses, custom developed software projects and services delivered electronically offered by KeyCodEG. We recommend that you carefully review the product/service details before completing the purchase.
In accordance with Article 15 of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection; digital content delivered instantly in electronic environment, license keys and custom order software development services are outside the scope of the right of withdrawal. By confirming the purchase, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted these terms.
Digital products that have been activated or downloaded are absolutely non-refundable. If the product contains a technical error, our support team will try to solve the problem; however, this does not create a right of return.
For custom developed software projects and consulting services, the service agreement signed before the project starts is valid. No cancellation or refund is accepted after the project has started.
