This Distance Sales Agreement has been concluded between KeyCodEG ("Seller") and the person purchasing the product or service ("Buyer") within the scope of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
The subject of the agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product or service ordered by the Buyer electronically through the Seller's website.
The basic characteristics, sales price and payment information of the purchased product or service are included in the order summary page and confirmation email.
Digital products and services are delivered to the Buyer's registered email address or membership panel after payment confirmation. In cases requiring physical delivery, the shipping time is specified separately.
Payment is made by the method selected during the order (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). All payments are protected by SSL security protocol.
In accordance with Article 15 of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection; there is no right of withdrawal for digital content, software, license keys, specially prepared software projects and services delivered instantly in electronic environment. The Buyer is deemed to have been clearly informed and given consent on this matter before completing the purchase. there is no right of withdrawal.
Digital products, software licenses, custom developed projects and services delivered electronically are not subject to return and exchange by their nature. No return or exchange request will be accepted after the product or service has been delivered. You can contact our support team for technical issues or errors.
Turkish Republic courts and enforcement offices are authorized for disputes arising from this agreement. Consumer Arbitration Committees can be applied for consumer complaints.
