Within the scope of Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), KeyCodEG, as the data controller, processes your personal data for the purposes explained below.

Personal data collected from you are as follows:

  • Identity information: Name, surname
  • Contact information: Email address, phone number
  • Transaction security information: IP address, session information
  • Financial information: Invoice and payment information

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Establishment and performance of service contract
  • Customer relationship management
  • Fulfillment of legal obligations
  • Conducting invoice and accounting transactions
  • Management of information security processes

4. Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Article 5 of KVKK within the scope of establishment and performance of the contract, fulfillment of legal obligations and legitimate interest.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with legal obligations, payment infrastructure providers and cloud service providers within the framework of Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained until the purpose of processing ceases or legal retention periods expire.

7. Your Rights

Within the scope of Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights:

  • Learning whether your personal data is processed
  • Requesting information if processed
  • Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately
  • Knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad
  • Requesting correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly
  • Requesting deletion or destruction
  • Objecting to adverse results if processing is carried out through automated systems
  • Requesting compensation for damages
